Weekend Recap
This weekend was pretty productive.
We did discover some bladder control issues with the pups, which I am in the midst of sorting out today.
Nothing like two different trips to the vet with two different dogs -- in one day -- to get the week started right.
Obviously, we want to make sure they're okay.
They are our babies, after all.
The Christmas decorations are down + put away.
Hallelujah!
The living room looks so bare now...
especially since the rugs were defiled by the dog(s),
so we had to remove them, too.
Toby got one last climb in, though.
He was moving way too fast, but I snapped this terrible picture anyway.
Saturday night was my fancy work party, which was held at a gorgeous local {members-only country club.
There was even a wine tasting hosted by the "wine guy" from Minneapolis/St. Paul magazine.
Oh man, was it de-LISH.
So decadent, and something we don't get to experience very often.
What were you up to this weekend?
I didn't decorate for Christmas this year because I wasn't at my house for most of it, and I've gotta say, it was a fabulous decision!
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday, Jess!
I did a whole lot of nothing this weekend. My car was in the shop (for the 5th time since October) - so I took the opportunity to be lazy ;)
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday!
yay for getting your Christmas stuff down and put away! It always feels like such a relief when that's done.
ReplyDeleteThat menu sounds so fancy!
ReplyDeleteMy hubby was more than eager to take down Christmas (scrooge) as soon as we celebrated New Years. So needless to say its been cleaned for a few weeks now but man do I miss it!
ReplyDeleteI relaxed for most of the weekend, still healing my leg... I can't wait to be 100% healthy.
ReplyDeleteI am glad your doggies are okay, hope you get the bladder issue under control:)
I hope your doggies are okay!! We had crazy warm weather here. It was such a tease. I had flip flops on Saturday and snow boots on today. Gotta love it!
