Friday is {nearly} over, my friends.
Which means the weekend is here.
Don't hate me for saying this, but I think it's good that the week is so long --
since it forces us to appreciate the weekend so much more.
Yeah, yeah. I know it's a bunch of B.S.
1. We had some amazing sunrises over Minneapolis this week.
2. It was so flippin' cold. It didn't get above zero some days. Can I go back to Florida now, husband?
3. The pups were bummed that the cold weather was hurting their little paws.
The brats won't keep their paw covers on -- and as you could probably guess, Lily has eaten a pair.
4. After a particularly exhausting work day, I indulged in one too many glasses of wine...
5. The morning-after the one too many glasses of wine...
Whew, I'm glad it's over. On to a relaxing weekend!

ReplyDeleteIt has been freezing here... insanely. The last three days I have worn two pairs of pants, two pairs of socks, my shirt, three hoodies, two pairs of mittens, my winter coat and a scarf... I was still too cold... The only thing that stopped me from complaining was when my David told me that they had -40 in Alberta on Sunday past... that is cold, brrrrr
ReplyDeleteIt was cold here in NJ too... I am not a fan of the cold. But I will be leaving to FL next week on vacation, so I'll deal with it.

ReplyDeleteIt's cold here, but not as cold as Minnesota. I really miss Minnesota. I'm sure cold here is a heat wave in Minnesota (20 degrees).
ReplyDeleteToday we have our 4 year old violin recital, and then it's to the pinewood derby for my 8 year old boy scout.
I'm very jealous of the wine night...I want a wine night :)
