How was your week, lovelies?
Mine has been a teeny bit stressful, but that's life - right?
I committed a major NO-NO this week and barely took any pictures.
I'm still "high-five-ing" Friday, though. Just with two pictures. mmkay?

The puppies have not been so nice to mommy lately.
Lily continues to eat things (posts coming soon),
and then she and her new brother have taken to peeing in the living room...
...on couches... on rugs...on the floor...
Yep.
Nothing is physically wrong with them. They don't have any infections. {I have the vet bill to prove it}
Basically they're being big jerks, and having a literal pissing contest.
Not cool.
Shiz is about to get real for them.

I was selected as our new Neighborhood Watch Captain.
I'm THAT creepy neighbor that watches the comings and goings from her front window, and yells from inside the house "slow down!" to the crazies speeding down the block.
Now Jeremiah can't think it's weird.
Only doing my duties, hubs!
I didn't get a cool flashlight or anything.
Just a binder from like 1974...

Twas as a sad day at Starbucks.
My Christmas gift cards and red cups came to an end.
Yes, I realize that it's the middle of January.

Phone calls and texts with good friends always brighten my day.
I want to be more purposeful in my relationships this year, and maintaining
contact with those you love is good for the soul.

I'm 99% sure I've convinced hubs to see Gangster Squad tonight.
Hola, Mr. Gosling.
Oh, and I'm pretty excited to have another blate {blogger-date} this weekend with some wonderful MN Gals!
What were you up to?

I hope you enjoy Gangster Squad!! I really want to see it. Loooove me some RyGos! ;)
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see Gangster Squad! I love your #4! We all need to focus on that!
ReplyDeleteI cannot wait to see Gangster Squad either (totally hooked Board Walk empire and any other shows/movies based in that era).
ReplyDeleteWoohoo for blates. I haven't been on one in ages it feels like - human interaction outside of work folk is definitely needed for this girl, asap!
P.S. Richfield?! We're sorta neighbors, I'm over in EP.
Congrats on your new "stalking" position with your neighborhood. Have you seen the movie "The Watch" with Vince Vaughn - you should totally get yourself a coat, etc ;) Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on being the new neighborhood watch captain :)
ReplyDeleteNeighborhood Watch Captain?? Shit just got REAL, girl!! I'm so jelly of your title. I guess I'll just remain the crazy stalker lady that watches/yells out the window. haha
DeleteHave a great weekend.
I would have demanded a flashlight, tho - and a jacket or a vest. Yeah.
That Starbucks looks wonderful.
